Paid ads and influencer marketing
Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns and creator partnerships, planned, launched and reported in plain language.
Who it is for
Businesses that want enquiries or sales from paid channels and have a clear offer and a website that can turn visitors into leads.
What is included
- Google Ads: search, display and YouTube campaigns with keyword research, ad copy and conversion tracking
- Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram: audiences, creatives and copy
- LinkedIn ads for B2B: sponsored content and lead-generation forms
- Conversion tracking set up with Google Tag Manager and Analytics, so every lead is counted
- Influencer marketing: a shortlist of suitable creators, a written brief, coordination of the posts and a results summary
- A 4-week test plan, so budget moves to what works
- A weekly check and a plain-language monthly report: spend, clicks, leads and cost per lead
Where paid ads fit, and where they do not
Paid ads buy attention on a platform: a search result, a feed, a video. They work best when someone already wants what you sell, your offer is clear, and your website makes it easy to enquire or buy. They work badly as a fix for a confusing offer or a slow, broken website, because you pay for every visitor who then leaves.
That is why we start with your offer and your website, not with the ad account. If the page the ad points to will lose most visitors, we tell you that first, because fixing it is usually cheaper than buying more clicks.
How a campaign runs
Each channel has its own strengths, so we choose the mix with you instead of using all three by default.
- Google Ads reaches people who are searching for what you sell right now. It suits businesses with clear search demand.
- Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram reach people by interest and location before they search. They suit visual products and local offers.
- LinkedIn ads reach people by job title, industry and company size. They cost more per click and suit B2B offers with a high order value.
- Tracking comes before spend: we set up conversion tracking so each form, call and message is counted against the ad that caused it.
- We launch with a small test budget, compare ads and audiences over four weeks, then move money to what works and pause what does not.
Influencer marketing, done carefully
A creator's audience trusts them, so the right partnership can introduce your business to people who would not have found it through ads. The wrong one wastes the fee and can harm your name.
We look for creators whose audience matches your buyers, not just the biggest follower count. We write a brief that says what to show, what claims they may make, and what they must not say, and we keep a written record of what was agreed. We report reach, clicks and enquiries after the posts go live. We do not buy followers, likes or comments.
What we need from you
Good ads need a few things from your side, and we keep the list short.
- A clear description of what you sell, who buys it and what a good enquiry looks like
- Access to your ad accounts (we ask to be added as a manager, so you stay the owner), or we help you create them in your business name
- Access to your website so we can add tracking, and any brand rules for logos, colours and claims
- A monthly ad budget that you pay directly to the platform, and a limit you are comfortable with
What to expect
The first weeks are for learning: the platforms need data, and we need to see which ads and audiences respond. You should expect to see clear reports early, and expect results to improve as the data builds. We do not promise a number of leads or a return on spend, because that depends on your market, your offer and your budget.

Questions
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn from your own ad account. Our fee covers planning, setup, management and reporting. We never hold your ad budget.
Do you guarantee leads or sales?
No. Results depend on your offer, price, market, website and budget. We set up tracking so you can see exactly what the ads produce, and we stop what does not work.
How does influencer marketing work with you?
We shortlist creators who fit your audience and budget, write a clear brief, coordinate the content and approvals, and report reach and clicks. Creator fees are agreed in advance and paid by you. We do not buy followers or fake engagement.
Can I see a plan before I decide?
Yes. Our Ad Campaign Planner and Influencer Brief Builder tools write a draft plan, ad copy or creator brief, and we can review it with you or take it over from there.
