What is a marketing agent, and what is it good for?
An agent is a small piece of software that does one repeated job the same way each time. It takes defined inputs, follows written rules and produces a defined output. For marketing, that can mean preparing a first draft of an article from a keyword brief, checking pages for missing titles and schema, or turning raw numbers into the weekly report you send every Monday.
It is not a chatbot and it does not replace your judgement. Its value is speed and consistency on tasks that are repetitive, rule-based and easy to review. A person still decides what is published and what is sent.
How we build one
Every agent starts from your real task and your real examples, not a generic template.
- Map the task: what goes in, what must come out, who approves it and how often it runs.
- Write the rules: your brand voice, facts, banned words and claims the agent must never make.
- Build and connect: we build the agent on Claude and connect only the tools and data it needs.
- Test on your examples: we run it on past work and compare the output to what your team would accept.
- Hand over: you receive documentation, a review step for anything public, and a way to adjust the rules.
What kinds of tasks suit an agent?
The best candidates are tasks you repeat often, that follow clear rules and where a reviewer can quickly judge the result.
- SEO drafting: keyword briefs, outlines, titles, descriptions and first drafts that follow your style guide
- Site checks: spotting missing metadata, broken links or schema problems and listing them in priority order
- Reporting: collecting numbers you already export and writing a plain-language summary
- Lead handling: sorting inquiries by type and preparing a suggested first reply for a person to send
- Content repurposing: turning one article into post drafts for several channels
What we need from you
- A clear description of the task and a few real examples of good and bad results
- Your brand rules, approved facts and anything the agent must not say
- The tools or exports it should work with, and a named person who reviews its output
Limits and safeguards
Agents can make mistakes, so we design for review. Anything public goes through a person first, and we keep an agent's access limited to what its job needs. We do not promise rankings, leads or a fixed time saving, because they depend on your task and your data. We will tell you honestly if a task is better done by hand or with a simple template.
How is this different from using Claude or ChatGPT myself?
You can do many of these tasks in a chat window, and for occasional work that is fine. An agent is worth building when the same task repeats, when several people must get the same standard of result, or when the task needs your facts, rules and data every time. Instead of rewriting instructions in each chat, the rules live inside the agent, so the result is consistent whoever runs it.

Questions
Is this a chatbot?
No. An agent is built for one repeated job, with fixed inputs, rules and a defined output. It does not chat about anything. It does the task the same way every time.
Will it publish things on its own?
Not unless you ask for that. By default the agent prepares drafts and reports, and a person approves anything that goes public.
Can it use our own data?
Yes, with your permission. We agree what data the agent may read, keep access limited, and avoid putting sensitive data where it is not needed.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the task and how it connects to your tools, so we quote each project. Describe the task and we reply with a scope, timeline and price.
