The service

MarkStack provides marketing tools and done-for-you services. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the tools: no scanning sites you have no right to test, no abuse, no attempts to break limits.

AI-generated content

Results from AI tools are drafts. They can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking facts, claims and legal compliance before you publish. Tools work from the Business Profile you provide, and we cannot verify it.

Credits and plans

• Credits are consumed when a tool runs and do not carry a cash value.
• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page.

Custom work

Done-for-you projects are quoted and agreed separately in writing. Those terms apply to that work.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or search rankings.
