The starting point
HR had no simple way to track employee KPIs, score them against agreed criteria and get them approved.
What we did
- Built Perform as its own custom project, separate from the company website and its other tools.
- Employees get a KPI scorecard with weights, scoring criteria, actual values and an approval status.
- It runs on React, Node.js and MongoDB with Microsoft sign-in, PDF report generation and email notifications, and has 35 automated backend tests.
- Fixed 61 security vulnerabilities in it.
Results
- The system is live and in use by employees.
